Come Join Us!

Tuesday, December 17th is the last league night of 2024. So please, come join us even if you're not in the league! The Tuesday "Freshman Skips" league is a pickup league without finals, all our welcome. We have the ice from 6:50pm to 9:20pm, all it costs is a sub fee.

A heads up that you're coming would be appreciated, but not necessary, so we can set up enough sheets. Just message me on slack or at leagues@diamondstatecurling.org.

After Tuesday, the last ice of 2024 is a private event on December 30th from 9am to 11am. If you're able to help us out and volunteer, please fill out your availability in the member portal of our website.

2025 Curling 

2025 starts with a friendly competition down at Chesapeake Curling Club between our two clubs on Saturday, January 4th. The Crabby Diamond friendly is sold out right now, but if you'd like to be added to the waitlist send me a message. If someone drops out or if Chesapeake doesn't fill their 16 spots you might still be able to come.

Then we have two Intro-to-Curls and two private events to start the new year before leagues start. January 5th we have a private event followed by an Intro-to-Curl, then on the morning of January 7th we have another private event and on the evening of January 11th we have another Intro-to-Curl. If you can help us out on any of these events it would be greatly appreciated, post holiday events are always a great fundraiser for the club.

After all that is when leagues finally start! We have two leagues running this winter, another Tuesday "Freshman Skips" League, and our classic New Year League on Sundays. Join us for either one, or if you sign up for both you get $20 off! Registration is now live on the website, once you register for a league you'll get a coupon code to register for the second league.
