2025 Annual Meeting Signup

Hi All! The 2025 Diamond State Annual Meeting and Picnic is coming up soon…

As a reminder, here are the meeting details:

Saturday, May 10th
Picnic from 11:30am to 1:00pm
Meeting from 1:00pm to 2:30pm

Lums Pond State Park (MAP)
Pavilion #3
1068 Howell School Rd
Bear, DE 19701

Whether you are able to make the picnic or not, please RSVP using THIS FORM. Guests are welcome to attend the picnic, and listen to the meeting, but only members 22 years or older in good standing can vote. If you are bringing guests, please indicate that in the RSVP so we can make sure everyone is well fed. If you can help out by bringing any food, utensils, or other assorted items, please mark them off on the google sheet linked below.

We plan on the meeting being about an hour, but our reservation is for the whole day so picnic festivities will likely carry on afterwards.

Reminder:  We’re hoping that we don’t get rained out (again), but if we do, we’ll announce an alternate location closer to the date of the meeting.
