95 Friendly North

Diamond State and Potomac are having their first ever friendly tomorrow, April 19th. The ice will be available for set up at 3:00pm and we have the ice until 6:00pm. Broomstacking is BYOB, but the club will be providing pizza, tomato pie for the vegans, (and a salad for the passover request). If you are inclined to bring additional snacks, feel free to do so. Prepare for outdoor broomstacking and closing ceremonies in the rear parking lot, so a tailgating chair is a good idea. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we have the ability to take the party inside but the forecast looks great.
We have a full friendly with 32 players. All teams are made up of half of each club in a mixed-by-club format. We will be playing two 4 end games, rankings are determined in a points-spiel format. 5 points for a win, 2.5 points for a tie, 0 for a loss; 1 point per end won, 1/2 point per rock scored. Prizes will be awarded to first and second place. The schedule is set so every game is a Potomac skip vs a Diamond State skip, and every team has a game on a edge sheet and a game on a center sheet.
Take a look at your team below. See everyone tomorrow!

Good Curling,
