Cancellation

Unfortunately, with the arena down to one compressor still and the daily high temperature forecasted at 89 degrees, we’re going to cancel this Thursday league night. We’ve seen that with temperatures outside this high the hack’s won’t freeze in place and the pebble won’t last longer than 2 ends. This was the final league night, so that marks the end of Spring Thursday League. We are still planning on holding our summer leagues, so if you haven’t registered for those yet please do so today!

Reimbursement

It is unfortunate we had to lose two league nights of our Spring Thursday league, but with the arena running at half capacity the surface is unsafe to play on. We have a few options to reimburse you for your lost league nights. You can either receive a sub credit for each cancelled night to be used in a future league or a coupon code for $25 per cancelled night to be used as a discount on a future league these two are the easiest for our club to handle on the back end. We can also credit $25 per cancelled night to the payment method you used to purchase the league. If you’re feeling generous you can also donate the difference to the club, we’re a nonprofit 501(c)(3) and would greatly appreciate the donation. If you do not tell us which option you choose before June 25th, our default will be to provide you with a coupon code.  Since there were two cancelled nights, there is a separate question for each night in case you want to split your reimbursement between two methods.
