2025 Frosted Mug at DSCC July 26th 3 – 6 PM

Diamond State Curling Club will host the DSCC leg of The Frosted Mug on Saturday, July 26th from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.  Many of you had hoped to play in The 302 Spiel, but since that event has been cancelled, here’s your chance to get in some curling anyway! This event is a fun, low-key friendly bonspiel that’s held twice every year between Diamond State, and Jersey Pinelands.  Each club hosts one event. Newer curlers are especially encouraged to participate, as this is an excellent way to get a taste of the bonspiel experience without any pressure whatsoever.

This summer’s leg will be held at DSCC’s home ice – Patriot Ice Center, 101 John F. Campbell Drive, Newark, DE 19711.

The spiel will consist of two 4 end games, point spiel, with points awarded for points scored, ends won, and games won.   Teams will be randomly assigned.

And, yes, the winners and runners-up will receive the much-coveted Frosted Mug, to be displayed proudly, so that others will know of your curling prowess!
