Frosted Mug Welcome

The Details
We’ve got 25 people registered between the two clubs. With potential absences, and potential day-of registrations, I’m going to hold off on forming teams until the day of. We’re teetering on 6 teams vs 8 teams, so it just makes sense to wait. Here’s the information for the friendly:
The event will take place on Saturday October 18th from 5:00pm-8:00pm.Teams will be randomly selected for some fun cross club match ups. We will have two 4 end games and we will decide the winners of the whole thing through a points-spiel format. Teams will be awarded 5 points for a win, 2.5 for a tie, 0 for a loss, 1pt per end won and 0.5 pts per point scored. Broomstacking and closing ceremonies will be held in the back parking lot of the arena, so bring a tailgating chair if you have it. It looks like there’s no rain in sight, but it could be a little chilly. The event is BYOB, but Diamond State will be providing pizza. If you want to bring additional snacks, you’re more than welcome, but it certainly isn’t necessary.
Good Curling,
