March Curling Week 3 Recap

In week 3 we had two Semi-Final games and the B Event Play-in. The Demented Deliveries and Beware the Frost won their semi final games, so they are in the A event finals. In The Mad House lost with a higher score than It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad Curl lost their game, so In The Mad House is in the B Event Final with the winner of the B Event Play In, which was Team Mad Hatters. That leaves the C Event Final with Fear the Sweep and It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Curl

That’s right, the final week is a complete rematch of Week 2. 

Side game recap –

It was a high scoring week, and everyone guessed pretty low on the total points. Across all sheets we scored 48 points, and the highest guess was Suz with 44, so she won the raffle prize. JB also walked off the ice with the necklace, so he brought home a prize as well.

Theme

There was some great tie dye out on the ice in week 3, everyone who participated has another chance at winning the raffle for a $25 gift certificate to our online swag store. This week’s theme is Diamond State, so come wearing that Diamond State attire, and get another raffle ticket towards the drawing. If you don’t have any Diamond State attire yet, what are you even doing? Don’t worry, we have shirts available for purchase before the games start.
